Lambda Lab will be at this year’s edition of MeetMeTonight at the Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, with two specially dedicated events!
During the first one, Prof. Paola Saccomandi, lecturer at the Department of Mechanics of the Politecnico di Milano, together with Paolo Bigini, laboratory head of the Department of Biochemical and Molecular Pharmacological Research at the Mario Negri Institute, will talk about cancer treatments and the relationship between engineering and nanobiology on Saturday 28 September at 10:20.
In the second, Dr. Vikas, a post-doc researcher from the Department of Mechanics, will take part in EU Corner, a sharing space for researchers funded by the European Union and winners of the ‘Young Researchers’ call, where he will present his work on an optical fibre-based sensing platform for monitoring heavy metals pollution in water, also on Saturday 28 September at 17:00.
